We are looking for a Coffee Channel Sales Lead to fuel our growth by leading the strategy with both a macro focus (strategy, chains, etc) as well as on the ground level (ie: building street business, distributor relationships, etc). This role will be responsible for managing the foodservice business and carrying themselves with enthusiasm and passion for our purpose, mission, and values. Reporting to the VP of Foodservice Sales, the position exists to drive sales, build market share, and increase brand awareness while driving sales with long-term relationships with key regional and national chain accounts, marquee independent accounts, and brokers and distributors within the market.
The Coffee Channel Sales Lead will be an integral part of the team and the face of the brand in foodservice. The right candidate will be passionate about coffee and sustainability, have a strong ability to operate with autonomy, and be highly motivated by sales results. Key responsibilities include leading sales in target accounts, delivering outsized results, and customer relationship management.
This role is LA-based and requires travel up to 35% of the time.
